01. E-Visa Packet Reviews
Our founder is an award-winning former Consular Officer who redesigned the E-visa process at the U.S. Embassy in Madrid and trained other officers on how to assess E-visa applications. We can offer that insider perspective and give an in-depth initial review of the visa packet your law firm prepared for the E-visa applicant and provide more thorough guidance if significant changes are needed. The hardest visa packets to prepare are arguably for E1 and E2 visas, because they are sent directly to the Embassy or Consulate where a Consular Officer will review them and interview the applicant and make a decision on that day to approve or deny the visa. If the visa is denied, it may be difficult for an applicant or attorney to understand why. Having a well-prepared visa packet is critical.

02. Mock Interviews
Consular interviews are nerve-wracking for the applicant whether they have all of the credentials needed for an approval or not. Our Consultants were Visa Officers with the Department of State, and together they adjudicated or supervised the adjudication of more than 500,000 visa applications. At idelirë, we conduct mock interviews for our partners' clients so they can better understand what that experience will be like and feel more confident about their application. Our founder has been on both sides of the Consular window and understands the weight of the decision from both perspectives. Your client may have the best visa packet possible, but if the interview doesn't go well, the results may be disappointing and life changing.
